2. Return Authorization: Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions for returning the item.
3. Shipping the Item: Please securely package the item and include your RA number. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., an incorrect or defective item).
4. Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will automatically initiate your refund.
5. Exchange Process: If you need to exchange a damaged item, please contact our customer support team. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
